Role Overview
The EMC team provides specialist advice, strategy and guidance to complex weapon programmes from concept through design, proving and into in service. The role involves working across multiple programmes and across the three main strands: requirements, design and proving.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and/or deploy novel digital proving techniques and methodology.
* Support project teams directly, manage and coordinate project activities.
* Ensure delivery success by managing activities on time, on cost and on quality, deploying key project management principles.
* Invest in the growth of team members through feedback, training and mentorship.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility and/or Radiation Effects; experience in a defence context desirable.
* Knowledge of electrical/electronic engineering highly desirable.
* High level of emotional intelligence, with ability to foster a positive, inclusive and supportive environment.
* Adaptability, proactive, helpful attitude and calm professional manner.
* Strong people management and development passion.

* Salary: up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
