Closing Date: We are seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team. Graduates will take part in our two-year graduate development programme, starting in September 2025, to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills.

Key areas of responsibility:
* Learn and understand the operation and maintenance requirements of our mobile and fixed plant and equipment
* Participate in process projects targeting sustainability or efficiency improvements
* Preparation of technical drawings and documentation
* Maintain and improve high health, safety, and environmental standards
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance
* Communicate information and plans effectively to employees and contractors
Candidate requirements:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Electrical, Building Services, Automation Engineering, or similar
* Team player with a positive attitude
* A clean driving license
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict timelines and deadlines
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering packages (training provided if needed)
