* Able to present self at director level (use of language, tone, writing)
* Previous director-level experience
* Substantial nursing, midwifery or AHP management and leadership experience
* Previous experience of leading and working within a programmatic structure to implementing change
Desirable criteria
* Previous experience of undertaking governance reviews
Skills
Essential criteria
* Ability to think strategically and creatively, prioritising work programmes amid competing demands.
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key external partners and agencies e.g. CQC, ICB where collaboration is critical.
