Founding Account Executive – AI Content Creation
£30-50k base salary with equity options and double OTE (uncapped)

Here’s what you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:
* Acting as a Founding AE, helping define and drive their sales playbook
* Owning the full 360° sales cycle, from lead generation through to close
* Selling into Heads of Marketing, across both SMB and Enterprise customers
* Innovating their approach to outbound selling by thinking outside the box
* Working closely with founders and leadership to scale pipeline and revenue
* Playing a key role in building a high-performance, exit-focused sales culture
About you

* 1+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle deal ownership
* Proven ability to generate pipeline and close your own opportunities
* Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment (highly desirable)
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote role
* Creative and innovative in your approach to cold outreach and GTM
* Energetic, proactive, and excited to be part of a small, successful team
* Tenacious, resilient, and prepared to stand out from the competition
* Confident engaging prospects over the phone and in person
