You are driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can demonstrate your desire to help people. Bring your administrative experience and organisational skills to this dynamic and fun team. What you will do in the role Manage inbound phone calls and direct them to the relevant team/person when required. Assist with basic product price and stock availability enquiries. Trouble-shoot and resolve order-related queries with deliveries, ETAs, and freight etc. Assist with order entry as required. Assist with order management administration including customer payments, following up credit holds and post-sales activities. Manage the Customer Service inbox. Lead by example and assist other team members where required. Take all reasonably practicable steps to maintain the health and safety of yourself and others, and to minimize risks.
