Signing Bonus:
$1,000, payable upon complete graduation from GOLFTEC University.
Compensation:
This role offers a base hourly rate plus monthly commissions, bonuses, and performance-based components. Estimated total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000.

Position Summary:
As a Certified Personal Coach, you will join a team of recognized golf industry professionals committed to GOLFTEC’s mission. All coaches participate in our GOLFTEC University (GTU) training program, which combines on-the-job training at our centers with in-person sessions at GOLFTEC HQ in Denver. We seek individuals passionate about teaching golf, eager to succeed collaboratively, and enthusiastic about using advanced golf technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Graduate from GOLFTEC University, our comprehensive training program.
* Utilize industry-leading technology to help clients improve their golf game.
* Design and recommend lesson content tailored to students' skill levels.
* Deliver various GOLFTEC services including TECFIT Club Fitting, outdoor lessons, and short game coaching.
* Create engaging experiences both inside and outside training bays.
* Operate GOLFTEC’s proprietary technology, including Optimotion and TECSWING.
* Maintain the training center environment, equipment, and technology.
* Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
* Participate in ongoing education such as seminars and distance learning.
* Uphold GOLFTEC’s core values: Fun, Integrity, Improvement, and Team.
* Preferred: 2+ years in golf instruction or club fitting.
* Highly preferred: Knowledge of golf swing mechanics.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work professionally in a team environment.
* Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and lift over 30 pounds.
* Golf industry affiliations such as PGA/LPGA are a plus; graduation from a PGM program is also advantageous.
