Are you an experienced Sales professional with a passion for promoting Health and Wellness and being a key driver in the growth of memberships?
We're looking for a Senior Sales Lead to help deliver sales initiatives to increase memberships, monitor trends and stay informed about industry developments.
Collaborating with Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience teams, you will ensure successful implementation and promotion of offers. As a senior member of the Sales team, you will support the Sales Development Manager by mentoring Sales Leads, providing training and ongoing support to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.
As Senior Sales Lead you will be responsible for growing the membership base in your designated area of Cheshire East (north/central/south). You will actively generate leads and convert interest into sign‑ups, and act as the face of our brand in the local community by attending events, engaging with local groups and following up on enquiries to turn conversations into customers. This front‑line, site‑based sales role is ideal for someone who thrives on personal interaction, enjoys creating new connections, and is passionate about helping people discover the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.
You will take an active lead in supplying the wider sales team with upcoming renewal data and supporting lead generation. You will also lead sales training for the wider business, working with Everybody Academy to create a sales training plan, training documentation, onsite training support and mentoring staff to deliver the proposed training plan for all team members.

* Provide renewal data and support lead generation for the sales team
* Lead sales training, develop training plans and documentation, and deliver onsite training support

Contract & Compensation
* Hours: Part Time – 4 days a week (every 3rd weekend required)
* Contract: Temporary, 12 months or until the substantive post holder returns
* Salary: £25,707 plus up to £500 monthly potential commission for exceeding targets
* Closing date: 23rd April 2026
