Welder / Fabricator Required! (MIG / TIG) BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7). Preferably experience in MIG, TIG, Stainless & Aluminium. Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 14:00 - 22:00 Overtime @ 1.5x Pay. Pay: £15 - £18 per hour. (Dependant on skill level) Temp to Perm! Minimum Skills / Experience Required: Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experienced in MIG / TIG welding. Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish. Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment. Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills. Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
