Due to the location, having your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities as the Restaurant & Bar Manager
Leading the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
Delivering a polished, high-end service experience from start to finish
Training, motivating, and developing your team to consistently perform at their best
Managing rotas, staffing levels, and smooth service flow
Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to elevate the overall offering

A proven Restaurant & Bar Manager from a quality-led hospitality environment
A natural leader who enjoys being on the floor and engaging with guests
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
