Salary of the Mobile HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Mobile HGV Fitter / Plant Mechanic / Fleet Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Mechanic / Fleet Technician / Plant Fitter / Mobile Fitter: £20.00 - £25.00 ph plus overtime

My client, a Waste and Recycling Company, are looking for an experienced Mobile HGV Technician / Fitter to join their team at one of their depots based near Tonbridge.
Duties of the Mobile HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Mobile HGV Fitter / Plant Mechanic / Fleet Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Mechanic / Fleet Technician / Plant Fitter / Mobile Fitter:
* Diagnose Commercial Vehicles
* Service and Repair a wide variety of vehicles across the fleet
* Tacho calibrations, repairs, and wheel alignment
* Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety practices
* Maintain the fleet of HGV
* Develop your existing skills to support their specialist assets
Requirements of the Mobile HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / Mobile HGV Fitter / Plant Mechanic / Fleet Engineer / Fleet Maintenance Engineer / Mechanic / Diesel Mechanic / Commercial Vehicle Technician / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Engineer / Fleet Mechanic / Fleet Technician / Plant Fitter / Mobile Fitter:
* HGV or Plant Technical qualification - NVQ, City and Guilds or Equivalent (Time Served considered)
* HGV Class 1 or 2 licence desirable
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Experience working in a similar role with an understanding of the HGV industry
* Excellent customer service
* Team player whilst also able to work effectively on your own
