This is a rare opportunity for a motivated HSQE Manager to build and lead a department from the ground up, taking full responsibility for two sites and driving a culture of excellence. You will have direct contact with clients, full site accountability, and report only to two directors, giving you the freedom to make this role truly your own.

Key responsibilities of this HSQE Manager opportunity
* Lead Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment strategy and management systems across both sites.
* Champion quality excellence in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
* Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
* Drive continuous improvement and zero‑defect culture.
* Analyse and act on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment data to identify risks and opportunities.
* Support client quality assurance requirements and represent the company during audits and meetings.
* Implement digital data collection tools to modernise reporting and traceability.
About You
Your profile:
* Proven HSQE and Quality Management experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Track record in continuous improvement, audits, and root‑cause analysis.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
* Fluency in English; additional language skills would be an advantage.
* Degree or relevant professional qualification.
