About the Role We are in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a Pensions Partner or Director with a strong, established and transferable client following to join our friendly, collaborative and ambitious team. You will have a recognised market profile, together with a proven track record of developing and sustaining client and referrer relationships, and the credibility and confidence to win work and grow a practice within a national platform. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping strategy, influencing direction and playing a visible role in the continued development of a high‑performing team.
