What You’ll Do
* Agile Excellence: Act as Agile Coach to our squads and leadership, embedding Agile principles across new and established teams.
* Efficiency: Drive agile adoption and continuous improvement at both team and organisational level.
* Operational: Stand up new teams and delivery areas, designing team structures, ceremonies, and onboarding.
* Strategic Delivery: Work with other teams to shape cross-directorate standards, metrics, and frameworks.
* Collaboration: Partner with leadership to assess and improve the overall agility and performance of the directorate.
What You’ll Bring
* Scrum Master Expertise: Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach across multiple squads, in complex cross‑functional environments.
* Agile Coaching & Framework Knowledge: Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills across multiple team levels; deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and other Agile delivery frameworks.
* JIRA Governance: Experience governing and optimising JIRA across multiple teams and driving forward the strategic ambition of having JIRA as the single source of truth.
* Collaboration & Communication: Confident working across organisational boundaries and ability to influence; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Delivery: Strong understanding of Agile metrics, Delivery KPIs, techniques for measuring and improving team performance and presenting these metrics consistently.
* Team Foundation and Scaling: Experience setting up and scaling new Agile teams and operating models.

Senior Scrum Masters within Data Engineering work in subdomains and support the overall agility of the squads and the delivery of high‑profile work.
Residential Products is part of the Customer Directorate within Sky Data. It builds and maintains data products and data assets for Sky’s connectivity business, Sky TV and Sky Protect, supporting business transformation.
