About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, internationally recognised exhibitions and events business that delivers complex, high-impact projects across global markets. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of exhibition stands, live events, and experiential projects.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded Project Manager with strong technical exhibition knowledge, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects from initial concept through to on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple projects, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, budget control, and client satisfaction.
* Key responsibilities include: Managing projects from initial concept through design, production, and on-site installation
* Delivering small to medium-scale, technically complex exhibitions and events
* Managing a global portfolio of projects across North America, EMEA, MENA, and Asia
* Preparing, maintaining, and adapting detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
* Full responsibility for budget management, cost control, and cash flow, ensuring 30–40% project profitability
* Overseeing booth design, technical production, logistics, and installation
* Leading client communication and acting as the primary point of contact
* Building and negotiating with a global supply chain and vendor network
* Overseeing the development and delivery of client content and messaging
* Travelling internationally to oversee builds and live event delivery
* Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell value-added services
* Championing new technologies and innovative solutions within exhibitions and events
* Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Skills & Experience Required
* To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate proven experience as a Project Manager within exhibitions, events, or live experiences
* Strong technical knowledge of exhibition builds and event delivery
* Excellent financial, budget, and resource management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
* Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external suppliers
* Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
* A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive, organised approach
* Confidence working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
* A strong customer service ethic with a focus on quality and delivery excellence
