Hiring: Key Accounts Sales Manager
West Yorkshire | Hybrid 1-2 days in the office | £70,000 to £80,000 basic + 50% OTE
I’m working on an exciting leadership opportunity within a high growth SaaS business. This is a true sales leadership position where you will own the Key Accounts and Mid Market revenue target end to end, leading a team of experienced Account Executives and Associates to consistently overperform across KPIs.

• You must have managed and developed a sales team before
• You must come from a SaaS background
• You must live and breathe managing, mentoring and coaching experienced sellers
This role requires someone highly strategic and commercially sharp. You will:
• Own the Key Accounts and Mid Market revenue number
• Coach senior sellers through complex, multi stakeholder, compliance driven sales cycles
• Act as a strategic partner on high value enterprise deals
• Drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality and deal velocity
• Work cross functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing and Partnerships to align GTM execution
The team are experienced. They need a leader who can elevate performance, challenge thinking and strengthen commercial acumen.
