Paisley Site Services are looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Admin Assistant to join a friendly team in Billingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional working environment while developing valuable skills in business administration. About the Role You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the depot through a range of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, confident using a computer, and keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities * Filing and maintaining accurate records * Answering and directing telephone calls professionally * Monitoring and responding to shared email inboxes * Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and customers at the depot * Updating internal systems and inputting data accurately * Providing general administrative support to the wider team ✅ Ideal Candidate * Previous admin experience (preferred but not essential) * Confident using a computer and Microsoft programs including Word and Excel * Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills * Willingness to learn and take on new challenges * Friendly, professional, and approachable manner * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal What We Offer * On-the-job training and support from an experienced team * Opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification in business administration * A welcoming and supportive team environment * Competitive apprentice salary above the minimum wage
