Sales advisor

We are working with a market-leading insurance company, who are looking to grow their team in Poole.

Working as a Sales Insurance Advisor, the core element of the role is to obtain new business with policy holders in the non-standard and high-risk household Insurance market. In this telephony-based position, you will manage a portfolio of customers whilst working with Insurers, management agencies to source solutions and to ensure a continue flow of new business. Ensuring you meet diverse customer needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing clients within the cycle
* Making outbound calls to customers
* Taking incoming calls from customers regarding new policies.
* Source, present and renew policies for customers.
* Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance and customer risk.
* Build relationships with 3rd party Insurers and Underwriters
* Upselling additional products, seek cross sale and referral opportunities where applicable.
* Providing first class customer service through advice and expertise
