About The Role
As Senior Partnership Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will oversee procedures related to educational partnerships, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing student experiences. Your role is vital in maintaining academic standards and supporting growth in educational collaborations.
Responsibilities
1. Support quality assurance policies at partner institutions to uphold high academic standards.
2. Manage relationships with educational partners and stakeholders.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, escalating issues when necessary.
4. Review policies and procedures regularly to adapt to external and internal changes.
5. Assist in developing new educational partnerships aligned with strategic goals.
6. Coordinate data collection, monitoring, and reporting activities.
7. Participate in committees and contribute to formal meetings.
8. Provide administrative support for committee servicing.
9. Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects.
10. Validate and submit HESA regulatory returns related to student records, Graduate Outcomes, Unistats, AOR, and Provider Profile.
Qualifications and Skills
* Degree qualification.
* Experience in developing and reviewing QAE systems, including external partnerships.
* Knowledge of UK and trans-national education frameworks and regulatory bodies.
* Strong administrative and committee servicing skills.
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Solution-oriented with flexible problem-solving approach.
* Ability to prioritize, organize workload, and work independently.
* Data analysis and presentation skills to support decision-making.
