About the Role:
The Western & Central Europe Sales Manager will lead sales and business development activities within the European and NATO defence sector, driving growth and strengthening the company’s market presence. The role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key clients, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Success requires fluency in English, the ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and apply strong problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal capability are essential to thrive in this strategically important role.
Candidate will need to be located in a country with the ability to travel.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defence sector in Western & Central Europe and NATO.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, especially large European primes, MoDs and NATO.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
* Participate in industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the European defence sector.
* Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques and best practices.
* Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
