We’re now looking for a talented Breakfast Chef to take ownership of the morning service and deliver high-quality dishes with consistency, speed, and pride. Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to brand and service standards Managing morning mise en place and ensuring your section is fully prepared Ensuring both buffet and à la carte options are fresh, well-presented, and replenished Supporting the kitchen team with handover into lunch prep Maintaining highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness Assisting with stock rotation, delivery checks, and waste control Collaborating closely with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless breakfast service What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and maintain calm during busy service periods Excellent attention to detail and consistency Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine love for hospitality WHAT DO WE OFFER?
