* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year + Uncapped Monthly Bonus.

Your Role (What you'll be doing) As a core member of our Swansea technical team, you will:
* Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Carry out complex repairs and engine work to the highest standards.
* Diagnostics: Use advanced manufacturer tools to rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
* Servicing: Perform full vehicle inspections in line with brand guidelines.
* MOT & Safety: Conduct safety-critical repairs and thorough vehicle health checks.
* Reporting: Complete digital job cards and video health checks (VHC) for our customers.
What You Need
* Qualifications: Level 2 Motor Vehicle qualification is required (Level 3 preferred).
* Technical Skill: A strong understanding of modern systems and a "right first time" approach.
* Tools: Must have your own set of professional tools.
* Certification: An MOT tester license is a major advantage but not essential.
* Compliance: A full UK manual driving license is essential.
