We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Part Time Administration Assistant to join our clients’ fast-growing manufacturing company in the performance automotive exhaust and general fabrication sectors. This role involves working 16 hours per week over 4 days and is based in Sheffield, close to the M1 motorway.

About the role
As a Part Time Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Assist with sales office work schedule
* Provide administrative and customer service support for the sales office
* Contribute to the smooth operation of the sales office
* Process daily sales orders using Progress+ Software System
* Email clients regarding Sales Order progress
* Assist with planning of orders for dispatch
* Create mailing labels for parcels
* Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately
* Submit delivery notes to clients
* Process sales invoices
* Prepare and dispatch merchandise orders
* Prepare accurate lists for Packing & Dispatch Department
* Produce and organize work orders for Production Department
* Contribute to the organization of the Sales Office and assist colleagues
* Attend and contribute to team meetings
About you

Rewards
This role offers 16 hours per week over 4 days (flexible hours negotiable), with a starting salary of £10 to £11 per hour depending on experience, plus:
