Reporting to the Lead Data & Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insight that drives business decisions—from improving customer experiences to optimising operations across the group. What You'll Do
* Collaborate with users across the business to gather and refine reporting requirements
* Design and develop BI solutions using the Microsoft BI stack
* Analyse data from multiple systems and present findings clearly
* Support the continuous development of reporting in an agile environment
* Deliver training and create easy‑to‑follow documentation
* Bring fresh thinking to business challenges through data
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft BI tools
* Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modelling
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to manage projects from scoping to delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proactive, agile mindset with adaptability to day‑to‑day business challenges
