About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Senior Building Safety Manager to lead a new team of Building Safety Managers. This role will ensure our client continues to deliver a robust Building Safety Service for all residents in High‑Rise and Higher‑Risk Residential Buildings, supporting the Head of Building Safety and the Director of Property Asset Management.
Responsibilities
* Lead on service development and process improvement.
* Manage a team and deliver a Building Safety programme.
* Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring residents are safe and feel safe.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of applicable legislation, Building Regulations, British Standards, PAS's, and best practice.
* Strong project management and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven technical background in Building Safety or Fire Safety with experience in the Higher‑Risk Residential field.
* Relevant qualifications and professional membership.
* Experience managing a team.
* Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
