* Record progress, set personalised goals, and contribute to EHCP reviews where appropriate.
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with vulnerable learners, SEN, or those with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
* Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and confident working independently.
* Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, and safeguarding awareness.
* Committed to promoting pupil wellbeing, resilience, and positive outcomes.
* Experience with home or hospital tuition, outreach work, or alternative provision.
* Knowledge of trauma-informed practice or mental health support strategies.
* Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursed).
* A supportive and forward-thinking team environment.
* A varied and fulfilling teaching role with autonomy and impact.
