You will support business customers, deliver excellent service, and help drive continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for business customers. Support sales, onboarding, and reactivation of dormant accounts. Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities. Promote suitable products and services to existing customers. Resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance at all times.
