Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to determine their requirements, agreeing timeframes, and conveying their concerns to technicians with accurate descriptions.
Your role will involve welcoming customers, documenting their vehicle concerns, and consulting with technicians about repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers to schedule service appointments, estimating vehicle repair costs, and dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer care, ensuring all clients have a positive experience.
* Documentation and Communication: Document customers' vehicle concerns and pass the information to technicians, ensuring accurate descriptions and timely resolutions.
* Repair and Alternatives: Consult with technicians about repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work, advising customers on warranty protections and potential cost savings.
* Scheduling Appointments: Liaise with customers to schedule service appointments, estimating vehicle repair costs and the time it will take for repairs to be completed.
* Customer Relations: Deal with all customers in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
