It’s about deploying cutting‑edge AI tools to drastically accelerate PLC code generation, compressing development cycles from 6 weeks to meer days using AI‑powered scripting, translation, and automation capabilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building and optimising AI‑powered tools that autogenerate PLC code, scripts, and logic blocks at unprecedented speeds.
* Using AI systems to migrate PLC logic across completely different platforms and ecosystems.
* Working hands‑on with large‑scale conveyor and material‑handling automation systems, ensuring AI‑generated code is safe, efficient, and production‑ready.
* Transforming complex engineering specs into AI‑assisted outputs without the luxury of an R&D environment - this is real‑world, fast‑delivery industrial coding.
* Acting as the internal technical authority on AI × PLC interactions, model behaviour, reliability, and code-generation integrity.
* Independently solving deep technical problems with minimal human interaction
What You MUST Bring
* Proven experience using AI/LLMs to generate or transform code.
* Strong understanding of AI prompting, model reasoning, limitations, and automation workflows.
* Someone who lives and breathes AI tools, scripting, and system automation.
* Extensive hands‑on experience writing, debugging, and optimising PLC code (Siemens/Rockwell/Beckhoff/etc.).
* Ability to validate, correct, and harden AI‑generated PLC logic.Amazon‑style high‑throughput logistics environments (or similar scale/complexity).
* Experience with industrial automation in material handling or large conveyor systems is essential.
* Someone who loves deep work, complex systems, and technical puzzles.
