The Role:

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to join our Young People's Learning team, helping to grow and develop our successful programmes, including Supported Internships.
We're looking for someone who is highly motivated and experienced in supporting young people in educational settings. You will be confident in offering learning support, guidance, and practical strategies to help learners succeed. The ideal candidate will have high expectations for young people and possess excellent problem:solving and negotiation skills.
What you'll do:
:Deliver engaging classroom:based teaching across accredited qualifications and English functional skills.
:Support learners (aged 16:25) with SEND using a strength:based approach to help them achieve their learning aims.
:Design and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), identifying gaps in knowledge and providing tailored support in literacy, numeracy, and digital skills.
:Build strong, professional relationships with learners, offering guidance, coping strategies, and learning support.
:Travel across the county to deliver high:quality education and training.
What we're looking for:
:Experience working with vulnerable/SEND learners in an educational or training setting.
:Strong teaching and digital learning skills.
:A commitment to high expectations and positive outcomes for young people.
:Excellent problem:solving and negotiation abilities.
:Motivation to support learners in a meaningful and impactful way.
