Overview
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in water hygiene, Legionella control, or water treatment solutions? We are working with a highly respected, employee-owned business that is looking to expand its sales team with a motivated professional who can drive growth and build lasting client relationships.
The Role
* Developing and executing a strategy to win new business in the Facilities Management sector and with end users.
* Building relationships with facilities managers, compliance officers, procurement teams, and end users.
* Presenting tailored solutions to customer pain points in water hygiene and compliance.
* Preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.
* Attending industry events and networking opportunities to grow market presence.
* Collaborating closely with service, operations, technical, and engineering teams to ensure excellent delivery.
About You / Qualifications
* 5+ years' business development experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or facilities management.
* Strong knowledge of industry, including regulations (ACoP L8, HSG274, HTM 04-01) (Desirable).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ideally based within 50 miles of the South East office
