Launch your career in one of the UK’s most critical and fast-moving sectors. This opportunity sits within a leading international energy company focused on delivering cleaner, more affordable and reliable energy solutions to businesses. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting commercial decision-making while gaining exposure to the full energy supply lifecycle.
This is a structured 24-month graduate programme featuring four rotations (each six months). Three rotations will sit within the energy supply function, with one rotation in a different area of the business to broaden your experience. High performers will progress into a permanent role within the energy supply team.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting the development of commercial proposals and pricing models for business customers
* Analysing market data, forecasting trends and interpreting energy supply dynamics
* Assisting account managers with client onboarding, engagement and renewals
* Working cross-functionally with trading, operations, billing, risk and customer teams
* Building reports and dashboards to track performance and inform decision-making
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
* Fully engaging with the graduate programme, including rotations and development modules
Key criteria
* Degree (2:2 or above preferred) in a relevant subject such as business, economics, engineering, mathematics or similar
* Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data and numbers
* Solid Excel skills; any exposure to Python or data tools is a bonus
* Clear interest in the energy sector and the transition to renewable energy
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams
* Proactive, curious and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment
* Any previous commercial, analytical or internship experience is advantageous but not essential
