The Role
As a modern customer-centric utility, customer experience is everything to us. The Business Improvement (BI) team are responsible for monitoring customer experience, business operational reporting and driving continuous improvement across the business. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Insights Manager; this will include creating and distributing customer surveys, analysing results and supporting projects. You will be continually encouraged to evaluate customer journeys, analyse data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management to enable improvements across the business.
What you\'ll need
* 5 GCSEs to include English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent.
* Highly computer literate with strong skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Minimum of 1 year\'s experience managing large data sets and producing reports to a high standard and robust level of detail.
* Experience using the InMoment platform to create customer surveys and analyse survey response data.
* Minimum of 1 year\'s experience collating and analysing survey results for presentation to key internal stakeholders.
