Our client who are experts in their field, is seeking Janitors/Cleaners to join their team. You must be willing to work rotating shifts: 06:45-14:45 (Mon-Thurs) and 06:45-13:45 (Fri), followed by 14:30-22:30 (Mon-Thurs) and 13:30-20:30 (Fri). This temp-to-perm position offers £12.86 per hour.
Main Purpose:
* Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
* Gather and dispose of waste.
* Perform minor maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure health and safety.
* Perform daily cleaning duties.
* Manage waste.
* Assist with support tasks.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Basic literacy and numeracy.
* Ability to perform minor maintenance.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime.
Working Conditions:
