Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing operational teams. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and enhancing productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate schedules, resources, and logistics for smooth execution of cleaning contracts.
* Implement and maintain health and safety procedures and compliance with industry standards.
* Sales & Client Relations:
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy to drive growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handling communications, resolving concerns, and ensuring retention.
* Prepare quotes and service proposals.
* Staff Management:
* Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to maintain performance standards.
* Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment with clear communication and expectations.
* Administration & Reporting:
* Manage budgets, cost controls, and supplier relationships.
* Track and report on KPIs, service quality, staff performance, and client feedback.
* Maintain accurate records, including staff rosters, timesheets, and equipment inventory.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role (cleaning or service industry preferred).
* Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
* Strong leadership and staff management skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in using scheduling, CRM, and reporting software.
* Valid UK driving license.
