Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager - Settlements SME (Clearing and Settlement - Manager)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) Manager - Settlements SME to join our Clearing and Settlement team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional analytical skills, and deep domain expertise in financial services operations, particularly in clearing and settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Leadership: Champion Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to drive operational excellence in clearing and settlement.
* Communication Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership.
* Team Development: Mentor and guide Agile teams to deliver high-quality outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Experience: 5+ years in business analysis within financial services, with hands-on experience in clearing and settlement.
* Certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
