A rapidly growing European developer is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead multiple high-value data infrastructure projects across the UK. You’ll manage projects from site acquisition to delivery, working with landowners, planning authorities, network operators, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead full project lifecycle from site selection to delivery
* Drive land acquisition and secure long-term site control
* Manage planning, permitting, and grid connections
* Mentor junior team members and ensure project governance
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in data centre, renewable energy, or infrastructure development
* Strong project management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of UK planning and grid frameworks
* Hybrid working with UK travel
