Your role and responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the business, but will include:
1. Managing the provision of a full and professional client service, ensuring that all creative & post production jobs flow efficiently and are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards.
2. Maintaining a high level of client service and engagement at all times.
3. Taking creative and finishing orders from clients.
4. Supporting the coordination and delivery of all aspects of localisation orders.
5. Liaising with Versioning Producers, clearance and trafficking teams, scheduling, creative, operational, and technical personnel to meet delivery timescales and production briefs.
6. Working with a team of versioning producers to manage localisation processes across editing, motion graphics, subtitling, audio mixing, and technical delivery.
7. Ensuring all work is delivered to appropriate technical and creative quality standards.
8. Ensuring consistency of output and adherence to quality control standards prior to final delivery.
Requirements
* Client/customer support experience.
* Fluent in French and English.
* A passion for the Film Industry.
* Ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
* Maintaining high quality output under speed.
* Friendly and approachable manner.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Collaborative team player.
* Confidence to question and ask why.

This role is Monday to Friday, 1pm - 9pm.
