The Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to join the global team and shape the future of consumer engagement within a premium, high-growth environment. Reporting into the Global VP of Digital & Consumer Marketing, the role will oversee a team of eight and be responsible for building and delivering world-class, 360° consumer marketing activations across all touchpoints.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive performance. While omnichannel in scope, the role has a strong digital focus, requiring close collaboration with content, brand, creative, and retail teams both globally and at market level.
They will lead the global paid media and CRM strategies, manage the omni-activity planning process, and own the consumer marketing calendar, ensuring cohesion across all brand and commercial initiatives.
Budget ownership, campaign innovation, and the continuous search for new ways to deepen consumer relationships will sit at the heart of this role. There will be a strong focus on unlocking new engagement opportunities, creating memorable brand moments, and fostering long-term loyalty.
