Who we are looking for:
We're looking for an experienced, hands on and passionate Registered Manager to play a vital role in shaping the future of services for autistic adults. You must have the commitment to deliver high-quality, person-centred adult social care, drive operational and ensure a sustainable, high-quality service, enhancing workforce development to support autistic adults effectively.
Key responsibilities will be:
* To lead the day-to-day running of a registered service, ensuring it is safe, person-centred and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Be fully accountable for the service budget, ensure effective resource planning, cost control, and staffing strategies.
* Promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that prioritises staff wellbeing, engagement, and professional development.
* Work in close partnership with Quality Assurance Specialists and internal practice leads to embed best practice and maintain compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
* Maintain full oversight of the service finances, including payroll, cost efficiencies, budgets, voids and expenditure.
* Work in partnership with families, commissioners, advocates, and professionals to ensure the voices of autistic adults are heard and reflected in their care.
* Monitor and analyse key service data through digital dashboards to inform improvement actions and meet compliance expectations.
This role is working 35 hours a week, Monday – Sunday according to service need Salary £45k - £50k depending on experience
