Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
* Perform end-of-day auditing and reporting tasks.
* Process guest check-ins/outs and handle payments accurately.
* Answer calls, manage wake-up requests, and handle guest inquiries.
* Maintain lobby security, guest records, and manage lost property.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
* Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
* Ensure all systems and procedures are followed according to hotel standards.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
* Previous front office or night audit experience is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and solve problems under pressure.
* Flexible and committed to delivering great service overnight.
