Here at Redwood we are looking for a Change Manager to join our growing team.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate full end-to-end project life cycle experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will be solution-focused and bring extensive expertise in change management implementation, particularly within financial services change environments. Strong capabilities in User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, coordination, and execution, are essential.
Candidates should hold Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent project management certifications and have extensive experience successfully delivering and managing varied projects and work streams. Strong vendor and third-party management skills, supported by excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities, are key to success in this role.
The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while remaining comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments is critical. Excellent communication and influencing skills—spanning written, verbal, and presentational formats—are required. The successful candidate will be self-motivated yet thrive as a collaborative team player.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead, own, and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. You will ensure milestones are met and deadlines adhered to, while adapting plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
Collaboration is central to success in this role: you will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, product, and delivery functions to align on project goals, actions, expectations, and deadlines. You will also partner with senior stakeholders across departments to remove obstacles, manage risks, and drive efficient project execution.
Key responsibilities include identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and proactively resolving issues with the business. You will ensure high-quality outcomes across delivery teams, balancing risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while addressing legal, regulatory, and operational challenges. You will facilitate working groups and report to Project Boards such as PsysCo and Change Steering, while supporting the smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and policies across the business.
This role also carries line management responsibility for Change Analysts. You will guide them in defining and building use cases and test plans based on requirements, while providing coaching and support to ensure projects deliver against best practice. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.
