Construction Project Manager Location: St Helens, Merseyside Salary: £40,000 basic project completion bonus (OTE £50,000-£70,000) Contract: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday Why this role? What you'll be doing Managing construction projects end‑to‑end, from feasibility and planning through to handover Overseeing new build and refurbishment projects, including steel portal frame buildings Coordinating internal stakeholders, external consultants, suppliers, and contractors Developing project scopes, programmes, and budgets with clear deliverables Monitoring progress, managing risk, and controlling costs to ensure projects stay on track Handling variations and changes to scope with confidence and professionalism Reporting on project performance and escalating issues where needed Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and building regulations This is a role where you'll be visible, valued, and trusted to get things done properly.
