Purdy Contracts Limited, part of Kinovo Plc, have an exciting new opportunity for a full time, permanent Fleet Assistant based from Head Office - E4 7RW. The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient administrative support to the Fleet Manager.
You will:
* Undertake Fleet administration in compliance with the FORS standards and company policies and procedures
* Manage the booking of new vehicles, the return of old vehicles including Lightfoot installations/removals, MOTs, service and repairs, health and eye sight checks
* Carry out collections and deliveries of company vehicles
* Undertake vehicle inspections, licence checks and new employee inductions
* Scan and process paperwork from all Fleet activities including inductions, accidents, penalties and inspections and update relevant spreadsheets and systems accordingly
You will be:
* Possess a high level of literacy and numeracy and be able to prioritise and organise own workload effectively
* Have a full clean UK Driving Licence
* Experienced within a similar role (preferred)
* Have a good understanding of vehicle maintenance (preferred)
