Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be assisting payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Part time and full time position available.
Responsibilities
* Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with national regulations.
* Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, absences and annual leaves.
* Collaborate with the HR department including disciplinary procedures and recruitment.
* Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR and payroll related queries providing accurate and timely resolution
* Undertake ad-hoc HR project work when required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll procedures.
* First class written and verbal communication skills, and a professional telephone manner
* Must have strong attention to detail.
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Salary
* Salary: £ £30.000 full time equivalent (pro rata 4- 6 hours per day).
