JOBSUMMARY
Divelement is a strategictechnical partner to clients. We collaborate with likemindedorganizations to build and develop technologies bringing vision toreality. Project management is the practice of applying processesand techniques to initiate plan manage and deliver specificprojects to achieve their goals on schedule and within budget. TheProject Manager is an integral addition to Divelements mighty team;they are the bridge between Delivery and Operations. The ProjectManager is adept in various Technical languages and deliveryfunctions they will take ownership of the clients vision and workcrossfunctionally with the Engineering team to bring that tofruition. They will support our efforts in developing the ProjectManagement best practices participate in continuous development andshare an interest in igniting a passion for selfaccountability andmaintaining Divelements status as one of the best places towork.

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
* Defining projectobjectives project scope roles &responsibilities.
* Defining resourcerequirements and managing resource availability &allocation both internal and thirdparty.
* Outlining a budget based on requirementsand tracking costs to deliver project onbudget.
* Preparing a detailed project plan toschedule key project milestones workstreams &activities.
* Managing delivery of the projectaccording to this plan.
* Tracking project andproviding regular reports on project status to project team and keystakeholders.
* Managing and adjusting for anychanges in project scope schedule and / orbudget.
* Identifying and mitigating potentialrisks.
* Managing the relationship andcommunication with the client and all stakeholders ensuring theproject is delivered to theirsatisfaction.

Requirements:
* Businessproficiency in English (C1C2)
* 3 years ofSoftware Development Project Managementexperience
* Strong leadership skills: A goodProject Manager should be able to lead and motivate the projectteam set clear goals and communicate effectively with allstakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills: Agood Project Manager should be able to communicate effectively withall stakeholders including team members clients and vendors. Thisincludes being able to listen actively speak clearly and conciselyand write effective reports andemails.
* Expertise in project managementmethodologies: A good Project Manager should have a deepunderstanding of project management methodologies including AgileWaterfall and Hybrid and be able to choose and implement the rightmethodology for the project at hand.
* Strongproblemsolving skills: A good Project Manager should be able toidentify and solve problems quickly and effectively even inhighpressure situations.
* Ability to managerisk: A good Project Manager should be able to identify andmitigate risks associated with the project both proactively andreactively.
* Strong organizational skills: Agood Project Manager should be able to manage multiple tasks andpriorities create and maintain project plans and schedules andensure that all team members are working towards the samegoals.
* Experience in the industry: A goodProject Manager should have experience in the industry in which theproject is being executed as well as a deep understanding of theprojects objectives andrequirements.
* Flexibility and adaptability: Agood Project Manager should be able to adapt to changingcircumstances and adjust project plans and schedules asnecessary.
* Strong stakeholder managementskills: A good Project Manager should be able to manage theexpectations of all stakeholders including clients team members andsenior management.
* Emotional intelligence: Agood Project Manager should be able to understand and manage theirown emotions as well as those of team members and stakeholders topromote positive team dynamics and projectoutcomes.
