An esteemed, market-leading wealth management organisation headquartered in London is seeking a passionate IT professional to join their highly skilled Global Business Systems Analysis team on a contract basis. Responsibilities: Conduct comparative analysis and drive business change initiatives within the organisation. Compile information for business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop the current analytical roadmap and work on complex technical projects. Develop customer insights to understand behaviours, characteristics, and relationships within the organization. Model development within the analysis package and implement new processes for budgeting, forecasting, and exploratory Business Analysis. Review and edit requirements, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Develop functional specifications and system design guidelines for IT solutions that meet global business needs. Manage communication across the business globally, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a high level of professionalism. Consult on development projects, recommending re-engineering of business processes. Take charge of infrastructure/software applications development to provide technical solutions to client business needs. Requirements: 4-5 years experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably with wealth management exposure but not essential Proficiency in NavOne and business process modelling, workflow, and data migration Solid NavOne project experience Strong understanding of financial services sector operations. Flexibility, creative thinking skills, and a high degree of energy and enthusiasm. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and resolve IT crises effectively. Enjoyment of teamwork and problem-solving.
