The Role:
* Teach a KS1 class as part of a job share arrangement, ensuring continuity and consistency in learning.
* Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher to share planning, assessment, and classroom responsibilities.
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents and staff as part of the wider school team.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has recent experience teaching within KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2).
* Is organised, flexible, and confident working as part of a job share.
* Has strong behaviour management and classroom practice.
* Is enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about primary education.
