Are you ready to make an impact? As our Sales Operations Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of complex customer and company engagements. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager, you will guide our strategic sales teams in aligning our capabilities with customer needs.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead Complex Projects: Manage and execute projects related to special assignments, customer-specific needs, acquisitions, and organizational changes.
* Sales Order Management: Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy in receipt, booking, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries.
* Customer Retention: Manage CRM processes, address customer concerns, and develop effective contact strategies.
* Operational Issue Resolution: Tackle escalated operational issues, including vendor concerns and contract reviews.
* Process Development: Design and implement new processes for special services and conduct market research for pricing strategies.
* Team Leadership: Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations, including hiring and training.
* Quote Management: Oversee customer quote activities to enhance efficiency and compliance with strategies.

* Oracle Knowledge: Depth of knowledge in SWB from sales and asset perspectives.
* Commercial Awareness: Understanding of internal and external commercial dynamics.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across various functions and influence without formal authority.
* Change Management: Proven ability to manage and adapt to change.
* Executive Communication: Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholders.
* Results-Driven: A proactive approach to getting things done!
