Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Salary: £40,000 per annum (increasing with experience)
About the Role:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a reputable, growing firm. What You’ll Do:
* Manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish
* Draft and review contract packs, prepare enquiries, and respond to searches and client reports
* Provide expert advice on mortgage offers, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Handle auction packs and manage auction purchases efficiently
* Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC/CDD, and all regulatory requirements
* Manage the full conveyancing process, including post-completion work
* Work on new build purchases, shared ownership transactions, and Help to Buy schemes
* Foster strong relationships with clients and external partners, delivering an exceptional service
Preferred Experience:
* Experience with new build purchases and Help to Buy redemptions
* Familiarity with Help to Buy ISAs and LISAs
* Proven ability to manage a high-volume, varied caseload
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing (though we’re open to the right candidate)
* A strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Ability to work independently and efficiently while providing excellent client care
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment
