Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)
Compensation: Commission Only — Unlimited Earning Potential ($70K–$200K+)
License Required: Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)

At InsuraTec Services Group, our mission is simple — we help families protect what matters most: their homes and financial security.

When a homeowner buys or refinances their property, they receive information about mortgage protection coverage. Once they request details and complete a brief recorded survey, our agents are notified that they want to speak with us.

That means no cold calling, no door knocking, and no chasing friends or family. Every lead is warm and pre-qualified — all you do is connect and serve.


What You’ll Do

Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom

Guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs and budget

Follow a proven virtual sales process — no guesswork required

Participate in daily Zoom training sessions (11 AM–12 PM EST)

Set and achieve personal income goals

Stay coachable, take feedback, and communicate consistently with your mentor team


What You’ll Need

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-discipline and consistency working remotely

Willingness to learn and apply mentorship feedback

Active Life Insurance License (or ability to complete a short online course)

Reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection
